Now that you are happy with our quote and want us to get started with your order, here’s the process:

  1. 50% deposit from the quoted price will be required.
    (Quoted price valid only for 14 days. Reasons for a change in quoted price may include, but not limited to, changes in raw material costs, design alteration & currency changes). 

  2. We will ask you more information and details to finalise the design.

  3. Digital proof will be provided.
    You need to check this document thoroughly and if any mistake is found, we will amend & re-submit the digital proof.

  4. When you have approved the digital proof, we will start production.
    No or minimal changes can be made after this step.
    We will try to accommodate any request for changes but we can’t always guarantee it.

  5. Your order is now completed and ready for delivery!
    We will then need the full payment of the final agreed price. If you are an international customer, we will provide you with a picture of the completed product as evidence and final quality check.

  6. Your order is then delivered and a delivery proof or tracking number will be provided.

  7. After you have received and inspected your order, we welcome you to email us your feedback or testimonial on our service and/or product. As a company, we aim to constantly deliver top service and product to our customer, therefore, your feedback will be highly appreciated.
